A Black-bellied Whistling duck, perched on the railing at Wakodahatchee Wetlands.
When you see/hear these adorable ducks in real life, you can't help but smile. With their vibrant color (including a day-glo orange beak and
babies with zebra stripes) and their whistling voice (reminiscent of a dog's squeaky toy) - they're more like living toys than water fowl.
Perhaps designed by God with a touch of light-hearted, whimsy?
