Lola's First Flight
This photo (taken by Keith, my love) captures the moment Lola, our injured butterfly, left her perch on my finger and flew for the first time after I replaced her broken wings on her left side.
I never thought that I could fix a butterfly’s wing, or even that it was possible. This was an incredible experience for me, one that taught me that you CAN achieve what you perceive as impossible.
